Full Dentures

Full or complete dentures are necessary when all teeth are missing.  Fortunately, modern dentistry can fabricate beautiful dentures that not only create a lovely smile but also fit quite comfortably.  For those who can not tolerate dentures, we now have a technique that provides permanent teeth with implants in 24 hours.

Older dentures tend to wear out over time and looseness is common. Not only can chewing food be uncomfortable but looseness can be an embarrassment. Often with old dentures the teeth get smaller from use and creases and crack lines form at the corners of the mouth. This makes an individual look older than they actually are.

One solution is to make new dentures that fit properly. They can be made the traditional way or can be connected to dental implants for additional stability. Imagine eating apples or steak without worrying about your dentures getting loose. Either option provides for the proper stability, comfort and appearance that you deserve!

Periodontal disease and advanced decay, and not being able to eat, made it necessary to extract all the remaining teeth.  Immediate dentures were made.  They are inserted at the same appointment the teeth are extracted.  This provides teeth immediately, the transition is faster, and they act like a bandage.  Don't you think she looks better too!

Born with missing teeth.  After years of wearing partial replacements the remaining teeth wore down creating a poor bite relation between the remaining teeth.  Dentures was the choice to improve her chewing ability and appearance.

The porcelain crowns on the upper teeth, along with a grinding habit caused the lower teeth to severely wear down.  A full lower denture was made to go over the short teeth.
